Aim High Studio was founded in Collegeville in 2011, by one woman, with a mission to offer small, high-quality fitness classes and personal training in a comfortable environment, at an accessible price. We employ the best instructors and strive to create the best experience for everyone that comes through our doors. What sets us apart from bigger gyms & fitness centers is that we are all committed to helping you be the best you can be, to achieve your personal goals We will work with you to create a schedule that fits your life, your goals and your body. We WANT you to succeed!
Hot Yoga (60 and 75 minute classes)
Our Hot Yoga classes are held in 80-85 degrees of heat, in the Vinyasa style of yoga. Integration, standing, balance, backbend, inversion and supine poses are fluidly woven together to build strength, flexibility and awareness. Vinyasa (flow) classes are offered in either 60 or 75 minute classes as well as our monthly 2 or 3 hour Saturday yoga workshops, which have a specific focus each month. Our yoga instructors offer hands on assists and adjustments to deepen your practice. All levels classes offer a setting where students can experience and learn from being surrounded by people with varying intensities of practice. Basics classes offer slower pace, and focus on alignment and breath. Brand new beginners are encouraged to start with Basics, but are welcome at All levels as well.
Basic Hot Yoga (60 minutes)
This is a 60 minute class held in 80 degrees, focusing on foundational poses, alignment, and fundamental principles of the yoga practice. This is a slower paced class, perfect for a brand new beginner, those recovering from injuries, post pregnancy or anyone looking for a deliberate, meditative experience. Basics classes offer slower pace, and focus on alignment and breath. Brand new beginners are encouraged to start with Basics, but are welcome at All levels as well.
30 minutes of all out Spin class, followed by 30 minutes of stretching on your yoga mat, geared towards stretching and strengthening the muscles used during Spin Class
This class will blend cardio, weight training and stretching (TRI…stands for the three exercise elements which Aim High believes and strongly encourages everyone to fit into their workout regiment) into a set series of asana.
Indoor Cycling Classes
Hop on a bike with 12 of your soon to be best friends and challenge yourself to a sweaty, challenging ride with our high energy instructors, while enjoying the scenery of the Italian countryside, California wine country or race day at the Tour de France.
Spin and Sculpt
40 minutes of all out Spin class, followed by 20 minutes of weight training, core work and stretching.

40 minutes of all out Spin class, followed by 20 minutes of core strong, focused exercises.
Spin X 45
Express Virtual Spin class great for anyone who wants to get a great quick cardio workout and for beginner’s just getting introduced to Indoor Cycling. Class is 45 minutes.
Barre Fitness is an overall body-toning workout. During this hour class you will tone your core, strengthen leg muscles, lift your seat, and gain upper body strength. Fun music accompanies this quickly moving class that focuses on sculpting muscles in both the lower and upper body. Stretches accompany each section of muscle toning to encourage a long-lean build. Barre Fitness is inspired by both Classic Ballet and Pilates moves to improve balance, strength, flexibility, and yes, your posture! Classes are held at our Fitness Studio.
TRX is a suspension training system designed by an ex navy SEAL. The class exercise flow is designed to build strength, balance, flexibility and burn fat. A class will contain eight students to ensure each gets proper assistance and attention during the class. Class cards start at $18 per class.
Intro to TRX
Intro to TRX is a 45 minute class that will introduce to this suspension training system. This class exercise flow is designed to build strength, balance, flexibility and burn fat. This class will only be available for July and August. Class cards are accepted for this class.
Kick, punch and jab your way through a cardiovascular workout. 45-minute intervals of cardio kickboxing and weight training to increase endurance, strength and muscle tone. Follow this powerful workout up with 10 minutes of abdominal floorwork to define your powerhouse – the core!!
Cross The Line
This class is designed to help you improve your muscle strength and definition. Intervals of strength building exercises will be taught and executed as we track your progression. This class is perfect for you if you want to improve your overall strength and muscle conditioning or if you are working on crossing the finish line in an upcoming tough mudder race.
Let the instructor guide you through one hour of weight training, and abdominal work. Learn proper form, and exercises that will tone up your muscles.. Increase your strength and your caloric burn by using weights.
